What to include in your message
- Game title, such as 24点速算, 汉字大挑战, 雀神对对消, or another PicoJoy title.
- Platform, such as iOS, Android, web, WeChat Mini Program, or another store or channel.
- App version, device model, operating system version, country or region, and approximate time of the issue.
- Your player ID, account email, nickname, or other in-game identifier if the game provides one.
- Screenshots, screen recordings, order IDs, or error messages if relevant.
Purchases and refunds
If your purchase was made through Apple App Store, Google Play, WeChat, or another platform, that platform usually processes refunds and payment adjustments. Send us the order ID and a short description if you need help identifying the correct route or if a purchased item did not appear in the game.
Do not send full payment card numbers, bank passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials by email.
