Request deletion of your PicoJoy account or personal data.
This page explains how players can request deletion of an app account, game profile, or personal data associated with PicoJoy games and services.
1. How to request deletion
If a PicoJoy game offers an in-app account deletion option, you may use that option directly. You can also request deletion from outside the app by emailing us.
2. What to include
To help us find and verify the correct account or data, include:
- Game title, such as 24点速算, 汉字大挑战, 雀神对对消, or another PicoJoy title.
- Platform, such as iOS, Android, web, WeChat Mini Program, or another store or channel.
- Player ID, account email, login method, nickname, region, or other in-game identifier.
- Whether you want to delete your full app account, game profile, support records, or specific personal data.
- A way for us to contact you if we need verification or clarification.
For your safety, do not send passwords, full payment card numbers, identity documents, or unrelated sensitive information unless we specifically request it for verification.
3. What we delete after a verified request
Depending on the game and the data connected to your account, deletion may include:
- Account profile information, player ID links, nickname, avatar, and login associations.
- Game progress, scores, achievements, saved settings, and account-linked gameplay records.
- Personal data contained in support messages or other records where deletion is technically and legally possible.
- Identifiers or records connected to analytics, attribution, or support systems where those records can be matched to your verified request.
Deleting an account or profile may be irreversible and may remove access to progress, virtual items, subscriptions, and other game features associated with that account.
4. What may be retained
We may retain limited information where necessary for legitimate reasons, including:
- Security, anti-fraud, anti-cheat, abuse prevention, and platform compliance.
- Transaction, tax, accounting, refund, chargeback, or legal records.
- Records needed to comply with law, enforce our Terms of Use, resolve disputes, or protect rights and safety.
- Backups or logs that are not immediately editable, until they expire through normal retention cycles.
Where we retain data after a deletion request, we restrict it to the purpose that requires retention.
5. Timing and verification
We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days after receiving enough information to verify and process the request, unless a shorter or longer period is required or permitted by applicable law.
If we cannot verify that you are authorized to request deletion for the relevant account or data, we may ask for additional information or decline the request to protect user privacy and account security.
